A flawless skin is something which everyone dreams of. But how can one get a perfect, unblemished skin? We know that you have been trying to get a flawless skin by using a lot of skin products, taking regular care and undergoing treatments for acne and pimples. But, in spite of all your efforts, you might not succeed in getting it.

2. An apple a day

You should eat an apple everyday for a glowing, flawless skin. It has Vitamin C which prevents the skin from ageing. You can also have beetroots, since they are rich in anti-oxidants. So, instead of merely using the variety of skin products, include healthy fiber-rich food in your daily diet which will nourish your skin naturally.

3. Maintain proper pH level of skin

Healthy skin has a balanced pH level. Alkaline skin looks dry and sensitive. High acidic level leads to break-outs, pimples and rashes. The pH level can be balanced by indulging in a diet that will help you restore the pH balance.

4. Forget the Fragrance

Many people have the tendency to use perfumed products for their skin, be it perfumed soaps or fragrant creams. Some people cannot do without the feel-good factor of the skin products. But, people hardly know that it is the fragrance which causes the skin-care related allergic reaction. So, it is better to use the fragrance-free products which contain only that much of fragrance which is necessary to de-odorize the ingredients use for manufacturing.

5. Throw out the sunscreen and instead use an umbrella or a hat

Tan is one of the biggest problem that skin might face. To prevent tans, people apply sunscreens generously. But sunscreens are not effective as an umbrella or a hat.

6. Get rid of dandruff

You might be wondering why this one is included in the skin care tips. The fact is that dandruff not only causes hair problem but is also likely to cause rashes in your skin. Get rid of all the dandruff in your scalp and never ever let it come in contact with your skin.

7. Hydrate the Skin
