You might have heard what not to eat , but definitely this post will get you surprised.There are lots of things to explore about health and body.Here are 5 Things You Should Never Do After Eating.

1.Avoid taking tea or coffee after meals

As you all know, Excess of tea or coffee is harmful. It is suggested by most nutritionists that tea or coffee should be consumed at least one hour after any meal.

2.Don’t sleep immediately after having your meals

Don’t sleep immediately after having your meal because as you lie down, many digestive juices travel in opposite direction, and into your food pipe, corroding the inner layer. Do whatever activity you like most, television, chatting with friends and family, but DO NOT sleep immediately after having your meals.

3.Go for walk’s at least 30 minutes after meals

Doctor’s suggest you to go for a walk after eating but not immediately because if you go for a walk just after eating, you’ll have some serious acid re-flux and indigestion.

4.Don’t take fruits after lunch

Fruits are the easiest to digest but when you eat a fruit after a meal, it gets stuck with the food, thus not travelling in time to the intestines, and getting spoiled.

5.No Smoking, No Cigarettes

Smoking after a meal is ten times the killer as normal smoking does. Cigarettes contain at least sixty carcinogens (which cause cancer). Cigarettes are bad for you after meals, and before meals, and in the office hours, and after or before that.
