While there are many ways to beat depression or to completely eliminate it, it helps to know that there are often overlooked reasons; depression is piling up in our daily lives. We all have a natural life force (Prana) within us and when we are high on it, we feel good and vice-versa. Below are some of the reasons our natural life force gets depleted and we feel depressed. You can choose to change your inclination towards them and see depression gradually part ways with you.
